We have written comprehensive and well received policy and procedure guides for a variety of clients. We specialise in making our procedures short and comprehensible.

Supported & Sheltered Housing

All HTA services described, e.g. training and consultation exercises, can be adapted to suit the context of Supported & Sheltered Housing by using Associates with experience of working with those staff and residents.This includes:-
One day workshop to improve your Quality Assessment Framework ratings.

Mentoring for Care and Support Staff. Mentoring for managers or newly appointed senior managers to guide and develop leadership and business management skills by our Associate Karen Patten. Karen is able to draw on her varied experience to benefit both the individuals and organisation.This specialist mentoring will provide improved career opportunities for staff and for your organisation, retaining effective and motivated managers with the skills to develop their own teams, improve working practices and staff retention, essential in the current and increasingly competitive care and support market place.

Organising Events

Following an extremely successful residents' conference, which we ran for a London housing association we now have an events and conference organising service.

Working with you we can organise small or large events for your residents. Board Members or staff, everything from focus groups and consultation exercises to annual tenants; conferences. Our range of associates and network of contacts means we can offer a variety of specialist speakers and facilitators, booking venues and all the other practical arrangements

Coaching

We now offer both coaching for people in all sectors and mentoring for staff, board members and residents in the housing sector. This one to one approach is proving popular and necessary to support people in challenging and changing situations. Most of the coaching is done by Jill Hasler, mentoring is available with many of the Associates.
